You've just warped into...

United Trek is a group of fan fiction writers who came together on the Trek BBS and who have decided to share our characters and storylines to create one unified, yet at the same time diverse, setting existing within the universe of Star Trek.  As work progresses on the site, we hope to bring you more than just our stories.  We now have a forum and we're looking to do more.  IDIC: Infinite Diversity through Infinite Combinations.  That is what you will see in our stories.  So enjoy and keep coming back as the ships and characters of United Trek continue to explore strange new worlds!

The United Trek Universe

Updates

May 30, 2009: We have two new stories for you today.  The first, a full length tale starring the crew of D’noth’s USS Independence in “The Toltec”, shows us that choices always have consequences.  The second story, a short vignette by David Falkayn called “The Masks We Wear”, gives us a glimpse of the events in “Best of Both Worlds” from Elizabeth Shelby’s perspective.

May 22, 2009: It’s been a while since we’ve updated, but that’s because we’ve all been so busy writing.  Today we’ve got two vignettes and a series change, so, in the coming weeks and months, expect a lot of stories to be coming your way.  Xeris is hard at work retooling his Dauntless series and now it is called Star Trek: Pytheas.  Don’t worry, Capt. Astar and everyone else is still here, but I think you’ll find that the new Pytheas series will be well worth your time.  You can read the updated version of “Extreme Prejudice” at the Trek BBS. Just click on the link and it’ll take you right there.

Also, David Falkayn has a Lexington short story and a Tales of the Fleet vignette.  The Lexington short story, “Signs Amongst the Ruins” is both a good old-fashioned TOS era adventure tale and also provides important clues for the ongoing Sutherland/Lexington crossover, “Blood Cries”.  The next story, an Elizabeth Shelby vignette called “Blind Ambition”, looks at Shelby’s first assignment as an Ensign stationed on board USS Hornet.  In this story, Liz will learn that all choices have consequences.

Check out our forum: The Universe of United Trek!

These are the stories of our shared universe.  The links for Star Eagle Adventures, Star Trek: Dauntless, and Star Trek: Full Speed Ahead will take you to outside sites where the authors of those series house their stories.  You'll note that there are a few sections that aren't linked yet.  They're still under construction, but hopefully they'll be open soon.   Whether your interests are TOS, Movie Era, or Next Generation and beyond,  exploration or combat, inner conflict and drama or more light-hearted tales, we hope you'll find something for you here and that you'll keep coming back.
